Most of our clients are referred to us by their brokers, so in most cases the application process is very simple and can be completed, by email, fax or post. If you have not been referred and would like to speak with us directly to apply for a loan, please feel free to call our friendly customer service team on 0800 091 0559 or alternatively email us via this website.

All that most of our customers need to do is send us a copy of their most recent bank statement. Once this is provided and if you are ‘credit approved’, we will send you a credit agreement to read, sign and return to us before releasing the money directly into your account – often within 24 hours of receiving your application.
